Meet the Coach

Hi I’m Angus, Ive been running Coach Preston fitness now for over 5 years. Like I’ve said I love fitness and exercise, but its not about me, its about YOU! My goal as a coach and trainer is to help you reach your specific goals. wether your an athlete wanting to get that extra 5% out of your physical performance or a new mum wanting to become comfortable with exercise again after pregnancy. I’m here for you. I know that everyone is different but I also know that everyone can benefit from appropriate structured exercise within their lifestyle. My aim is to make exercise enjoyable. I want to show people getting into shape and being healthy doesn’t have to be depressing or life consuming.

Angus has a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise, fitness certificates level 3 and 4 as well pregnancy and postnatal exercise qualifications. Along with this he has over 4 years experience working with a variety of clients including, Pregnant and postnatal women, athletes of all ages, rehab/prehab clients and many more.
