I want to help improve your bodies day to day function. Each training will build on developing your ability to move in the correct way, while improving its all over performance, through constancy and Intensity.
Sports Specific
Improve your performance in your chosen sport. The right program and instruction will give you the tools to take your game to the next level.
Prehab/Rehab
Injuries suck. Build your muscle strength, endurance and mobility to give you the best chance at avoiding them. When injuries do happen, aim to come back as strong as you can through carefully selected exercise and planning, in conjunction with your Physio.
Goal Specific
Whether your goal is to lose 10kgs, gain a little bit of muscle tone, or just to get more active. We work with you to adapt your lifestyle to help you reach those goals and the fitness/health goals you have in the future.
Mobile personal Training
We come to you, anywhere you want to train, at home, at the park, anywhere. We have all the quality clean gear you need for your workouts. We service anywhere in the lower North Island. So theres no need for a gym membership. But hey if the gym is your thing thats cool too, we have the use of gym facilities in the Wairarapa and Manawatu.
SMall Group Training
We don’t just do 1 on 1 training, team up with a Friend and make a change together. Small groups are great if you have a couple of people with similar goals to yourself. Don’t worry if you’re not at the same level we will scale to everyones ability.
