Bootcamps

Mornings, Evenings, whichever your preference we have a bootcamp that will suit you. Located in Palmerston North. Bootcamp sessions go for about 45minutes and cover a wide range of your bodies movement patterns. With the ability to be modify, all sessions are great for all levels of fitness. We also have Beginner Bootcamp sessions.


Pregnancy and Postnatal Class

This one is for mums or mums to be. It’s important to look after yourself during and after pregnancy. Thats why we’ve put together a group that allows you to train safely. With focus on building strength and fitness safely we also focus on looking after your body, mobility and mind. These groups are run at a private fitness studio.


Group on Demand

Do you have a Group of people at work? We also do group on demand. we can create a group fitness schedule where we come to you and get the whole team involved. This type of group does involve planning so get in contact to find out more.
