To say I love exercise is an understatement, It’s my biggest passion. Any workout you name it I’m up for it. I also know thats not everybody’s cup of tea and thats absolutely fine. My focus is helping you fit exercise into your lifestyle, creating realistic habits and making exercise fun.

Meet Duncan

Duncan has been Training with Coach Preston Fitness now for over two years, starting in person, then switching to online. During the training Duncan has made some amazing physical improvements including a Deadlift of 180kgs, as well as losing over 10kgs. “Being a Type 1 Diabetic, exercise is very important. Being introduced to Functional type of training has helped me reduce my weight, given me better control of my diabetes, improved my sleep and importantly my mental health.
